She brings her long experience across Service Industry, BPO and Education sector, catering to the learning and development needs of diverse groups across geographies. She has deep quest for knowledge of understanding behaviours, capturing training needs, customized content designing and seamless training delivery, hence create a unique blend of people handling skills leveraging psychometrics to ensure value proposition.

She was a thorough topper in her academics during her college years in Chandigarh. Being a national gold medalist in cycling and best swimmer of Chandigarh in her heydays, she is passionate about fitness of body and mind.
