It is imperative that young people who occupy the manager’s chair, must identify themselves and their goals with company objectives. In order to create synchrony with the management’s vision, they must be groomed and nurtured for the first few years. This training reduces the workload of department heads and HR departments. Manager of today will be the leader of the organisation tomorrow.
